What to Expect

What we are covering

We know traveling all the way to Marrakech is a big commitment, and we want to make your time with us as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We’ll be covering:

  • Your accommodations at Villa Taj for all three nights

  • Meals and drinks included as part of our hosted wedding weekend events

  • Transportation associated with our planned group events

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Flights to and from Marrakech

  • Any personal shopping, meals, drinks, spa treatments, or activities outside of our planned events

  • Optional activities, including the ATV/buggy experience and Sunday golf

Our goal is that once you arrive and settle in at Villa Taj, most of the weekend is taken care of — all you need to do is enjoy Marrakech and celebrate with us.

Schedule

  • Afternoon — Arrival + Villa Check-In
    Settle into Villa Taj, unpack, explore the property and meet everyone.

    7pm — Welcome Party 1001 Lights (Arabian Nights)
    Kick off the weekend with cocktails, bites and music at the villa.

    Dress Code: All White Cocktail Attire
    Think elevated resort wear — chic, festive and Marrakech-ready..

  • Enjoy a slow morning at the villa before we get ready for the main event. Feel free to take this time to explore Marrakech.

    5pm to 3am — Ashley & Pascal’s Wedding
    Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and plenty of dancing at Villa Taj.

    Dress Code: Black Tie Optional
    Elegant evening attire encouraged.

  • 1PM to 4PM — Pool Brunch
    Recover, relax and spend the afternoon by the pool with brunch, drinks and music.
    Swimwear, cover-ups and elevated resort wear.

    5PM — Optional Agafay Desert ATV Adventure
    On our way to dinner, those who choose to participate will spend approximately 2 hours exploring the Agafay Desert by ATV. We will be picked up at the Villa.

    Dress Code: Desert Adventure
    Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes recommended. Bring sunglasses and something you don’t mind getting a little dusty.

    Evening — Dinner in the Agafay Desert
    We’ll meet back up for an unforgettable dinner together under the desert sky.

    Dress Code: Desert Chic
    Relaxed. Layers recommended as temperatures may cool after sunset. For those who ATV’d you will have the option to change or stay n your current attire. It’s casual.

  • Morning — Optional Golf
    Join us for a round of golf in Marrakech before departures.

    Dress Code: Golf Attire

    Or enjoy a relaxed final morning at Villa Taj before saying au revoir to Marrakech.

Day Three

Optional Agafay Desert ATV Adventure

On our way out to the desert dinner, we’ll spend about 2 hours exploring the Agafay Desert by ATV. Estimated cost is approximately $75 USD per person, depending on the final group size and package selected.

Day Four

Optional: World Class Round of Golf

Join us for a round of golf in Marrakech! Estimated cost is approximately $200 USD per person, including 18 holes and club rental. Final pricing will depend on the course and number of players.
